Welcome to

Evanet
(Associated Technology)

Our specialities are measurement solutions for quality control purposes – the current world scenario demands an ever increasing consciousness regarding the quality of manufactured goods in order to effectively compete.
The concept of quality control demands exact knowledge of the manufacturing process which is to be gained by measuring important parameters and especially final control parameters, in order to detect problems when they occur rather than having to apply remedial actions.

The purpose then of these measurements is to reduce the quantity of raw materials used, to work within the range of specifications or to specifications and to ultimately to reduce the number of rejects produced in a world which is governed by ever increasing demands to cut costs without producing inferior products which would result in loss of clientele. We invite you to consider our measurement solutions for this purpose!

We invite you to consider our measurement solutions for this purpose!

Solutions include technology and applications for the measurement of moisture, thickness, environmental factors, nuclear & x-ray radiation & contamination, coating thickness, visual inspection systems using laser and white light for various applications, laser-displacement,-position & -distance, & non-contact measurements.

Evanet - Coating Thickness and Measurement

Coating Thickness and Measurement

Our family of coating thickness gauges makes quality control of coating thickness a breeze. Requiring no laborious and time-consuming calibration or adjustments for the different thickness ranges, the gauges can be placed on the ferrous or the non-ferrous substrates for immediate readings to be taken – the state-of-the-art instruments take care of the rest!

Thickness Measurement

The UTGAlpha is a user-friendly combination gauge for the non-destructive ultrasonic thickness measurement of steel, cast-iron, aluminium, glass, ceramic and synthetic wall thicknesses. The measuring range for steel is 0.8 to 225 mm. Special sensor heads with different diameters and different frequencies are available for different applications. All sensors are recognized automatically and calibrated.

his information can be used to determine if the material is ready for use, unexpectedly wet or dry, or otherwise in need of further inspection.

Non-intrusive Ultrasonic Instrumentation

The ultrasonic sensor probes are retro-fitted onto the pipes in-situ and the pipes do not require to be perforated in any way. The sensor is mounted with tailor made fastening clamps. Using compact sensors with integrated sensor electronics leads to a very high interference resistance and allows for reliable operation in rough environments.

Evanet- Nuclear and x Ray monitors

Nuclear and X Ray Monitors

Radioactivity in this world is on the increase, and that not only since Chernobyl. Even under best circumstances, every nuclear facility emits radioactivity ranging from 50.000 to 100.000 curie1 Ci – 37 x 1010 Bg) annually. Even among experts there are many differing opinions as to the risks of radioactive materials and their radiation.
